Smith-Boughan Mechanical, Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated HVAC/R Installer to join our service team in Lima, OH.

The role focuses on leading and executing high-quality HVAC/R installations for large-scale commercial projects and offering startup and commissioning services on site. The ideal candidate has strong brazing and refrigerant handling skills, experience reading blueprints, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience.
• Strong brazing and refrigerant handling skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform startups and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC/R equipment including RTUs, up to 25 tons.
• Lead small installation teams and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, review specs, ensure safety and quality.
• Provide startups, troubleshooting, and field documentation.
