Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, controls, and components.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
