Responsibilities

• Oversee site installations, routine maintenance, and complex troubleshooting on HVAC systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to solve field issues.
• Manage daily job logs and project documentation via mobile apps.
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to keep on schedule.
• Lead daily site safety, enforce OSHA compliance, and manage NYC code requirements.
