The role requires 6+ years in heavy mechanical construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors, with OSHA 30 or Superintendent license preferred. Competitive compensation and long-term growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on leadership on large mechanical construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Experience supervising field labor and subcontractors.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on major mechanical construction projects.
• Manage field labor, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, owners, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor productivity, labor costs, and material usage.
• Conduct site quality inspections and coordinate testing activities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Attend and lead subcontractor and site meetings.
• Prepare daily reports and site documentation.
• Maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
