Qualifications

• High School Diploma and trade school training.
• 5 years demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC project sales, estimating, installation supervision, or project management.
• Practical ductwork measuring, sizing, and installation knowledge.
• Piping installation experience and electrical coordination ability.
• Ability to obtain pricing, define scopes, and manage subcontractors.
• Strong customer communication and ability to translate technical recommendations into business value.
• Organized with ability to juggle multiple opportunities and active jobs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities and sell solutions to customer requests.
• Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and confirm requirements.
• Prepare estimates and proposals with clear scopes and pricing.
• Present recommendations and close profitable work.
• Estimate labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate installation and subcontractors through project completion.
• Maintain project records and ensure invoicing accuracy.
