Kelso Building Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead commercial HVAC installations on a high-profile Aspen project. You will direct on-site teams, coordinate with CSC, ensure safety and quality, and manage documentation to meet schedule commitments.

Ideal candidates demonstrate 5+ years in HVAC, VRF system expertise, blueprint literacy, and a track record of safe, efficient field leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience required.
• Proficiency with VRF systems and ability to read blueprints and manufacturer docs.
• Strong leadership of field crews and safety/documentation discipline.
• OSHA 10 required; EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with CSC and project management.
• Familiarity with Procore or MS Project is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee installation execution.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality completion per plan.
• Directly supervise installers and enforce safety/quality standards.
• Coordinate with Central Services Center (CSC) to validate readiness and schedule.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure proper JHAs/JSAs and hazard controls.
• Maintain punch list discipline and prevent rework through early intervention.
