Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-7+ years of work experience in project engineering in HVAC/MEP/construction.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and energy‑efficiency solutions.
• Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing work.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine scope and materials.
• Collaborate with technicians, PMs, and sales to align estimates with capabilities and expectations.
• Oversee post‑estimate handoff and coordinate with field teams.
