LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Mechanic in Burlington, VT (Federal Building).
Hourly pay rate: $46.35 per hour. Health and Welfare Pay: $7.50 per hour (Up to 40 hours per week). This full-time union position offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment. Lead HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) pay rate is $48.41 per hour.
The Lead HVAC Mechanic shall have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalency and at a minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in directing operation and maintenance of equipment in a supervisory capacity for equipment of the approximate size, complexity, and other characteristics of the equipment to be operated and maintained under this contract. Minimum of six (6) years of hands‑on commercial HVAC maintenance experience and EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required.
