Job summary

Woodcrest Apartments in Texas seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to manage on-site repairs and oversee turnover work in resident communities. You will diagnose and fix A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, coordinate preventive maintenance, and uphold high service standards for our residents.

The role requires HVAC certification, CPO, at least two years of maintenance experience, and availability for on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Evaporative AC experience, Plumbing, Maintenance repair, Appliance repair, Interior and Exterior Carpentry
• HVAC Certification and CPO required
• Two years maintenance experience and on-call rotation required

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
