Job summary

REEP Residential is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems across our San Antonio community. This on-site, full-time role requires hands-on maintenance, making-ready turns, and timely responses to service requests to ensure resident comfort and safety.

You will perform preventative maintenance, support general property upkeep, and collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Director to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience.
• Own transportation and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with make-ready turns and general property maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety compliance.
