The ideal candidate has strong HVAC and multifamily maintenance background, can work independently, and lead the maintenance team while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Must have multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience is required.
• EPA certification is preferred.
• Previous lead maintenance supervisor experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize daily maintenance needs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Complete apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Identify maintenance issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Assist with directing and supporting maintenance team members.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Keep the maintenance shop and property areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and the onsite management team.
