Qualifications

• Must have multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience is required.
• EPA certification is preferred.
• Previous lead maintenance supervisor experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize daily maintenance needs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Complete apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Identify maintenance issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Assist with directing and supporting maintenance team members.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Keep the maintenance shop and property areas clean, safe, and organized.

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Sealy, TX. We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional who can confidently handle HVAC troubleshooting, apartment repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day maintenance operations.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong technical knowledge, and can work independently while providing leadership and support to the maintenance team.

HVAC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
