Qualifications

• Master HVAC license and plumbing license required.
• Experience with building maintenance and safety standards.
• Proficiency with Real Page, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
• Read blueprints and plan repairs to meet safety and operating standards.
• Schedule, prioritize and complete service requests and turns promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready and manage preventive maintenance.
• Train and supervise technicians when needed.
