Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our multi-family portfolio in Somerville, NJ. The role requires diagnosing and repairing building systems to maintain safety and quality, with supervision responsibilities when needed.

You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry, and ensure service requests and turns are completed promptly while following company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in maintenance for multi-family properties.
• Master License in HVAC, High Pressure Boiler, Master Plumbing License.
• EPA Type I and II certification; asbestos abatement certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee maintenance tasks and supervise Tech I/II as needed.
• Maintain/diagnose/repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Read blueprints and ensure safety and compliance with EP policies.
