Job summary
The Grove Apartments in Danville, IL is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to supervise and perform essential maintenance tasks at a HUD community. Lead duties include coordinating turn‑overs, repairs, and safety compliance while delivering top notch resident service.
Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and a valid EPA HVAC certification. Leadership and strong organization are highly valued, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating emergency
Qualifications
- Experience in apartment maintenance and supervision.
- EPA HVAC certification preferred or required.
- Knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
- Reliable, organized and solution oriented.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly in a HUD community.
- Resolve A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
- Prepare vacant units for market readiness with turn-over repairs.
- Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
- Provide residents with excellent customer service.
