Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a full-time HVAC Journeyman in Seattle, onsite. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including rooftops, chillers, boilers, and water source heat pumps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience required.
• Journeyman certification and union recognition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot advanced systems and test equipment.
• Lead apprentices during rebuilds and retrofits.
• Educate customers on proper operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and timecards clearly.
