Qualifications

5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility.
Journeyman status by the union.
High School Diploma or GED.
HVAC certificate from technical school.
Valid Driver’s License.
No work visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Inspect and test systems including rooftops, chillers, boilers, and water source units.
Lead apprentices through hands-on demonstrations and mentoring.
Document billing, timecards, and service reports promptly.
Download programs and analyze trend data to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines on every job site.
Educate customers on proper operation and maintenance.
