Job summary

Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This leadership role requires extensive field experience, strong communication, and a commitment to doing it right the first time.

As a Lead Installer, you will mentor apprentices, coordinate jobsite logistics, ensure safety and code compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required; RMGA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
