Job summary
Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Installer (Residential/Light Commercial) to oversee complete installation of HVAC equipment at customers' homes in Hurricane, WV. You will mentor junior installers, coordinate with the Field Supervisor, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
This role requires extensive HVAC installation experience, strong customer communication, and the ability to train others.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 5+ years’ HVAC training certification.
- Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the work area.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
- Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as required.
- Train other installers and assist with site supervision and planning.
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every installation.
- Complete paperwork neatly and collect payments as applicable.
