Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as Lead HVAC Installer.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, furnaces) from start to finish to meet standards.
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and duct systems.
• Run and braze copper lines; wire line and low-voltage components.
• Pre-measure jobs to ensure correct materials loaded on first trip.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked company vehicle.
• Mentor and train junior installers on the team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job site.

What You'll Do (Role Responsibilities)

As a Lead Installer, you are the face of our quality craftsmanship. You will lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything is up to manufacturer and company standards.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.


• Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.


• Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.


• Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.


• Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.


• Certifications: EPA Certification is required.


• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand/power tools, and working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
