Job summary

Eastergard HVAC is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light-commercial installations in the Greenville area. You will lead a small crew, train apprentices, and ensure workmanship meets company standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required, especially leading a crew.
• Ability to lead a small crew and train less-experienced team members.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawlspaces/attics while climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential and light-commercial heating and cooling systems to company standards.
• Direct and train helpers/apprentices on the job site to ensure quality workmanship and safety.
• Provide customers with a professional experience from start to finish.

Lead HVAC Installer

Compensation $29-$36 per hour based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

We are expanding and need a Lead HVAC Installer. This position offers year-round work, clear advancement opportunities, and the chance to mentor others while delivering systems that improve customers' daily comfort.

Core Responsibilities Lead the installation of residential and light-commercial heating and air-conditioning systems to company standards. Direct and train helpers/apprentices on the job, ensure quality workmanship, maintain job-site safety, and provide customers with a professional experience from start to finish.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with overtime when required.
