Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of lead install experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent with certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment. Competitive pay and a sign-on bonus are offered.

• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

Responsabilidades

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
