Job summary

Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to head residential system installations, including ductwork, furnaces, and thermostats. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

You will supervise apprentices, coordinate logistics, and ensure safe, compliant job sites while delivering high customer satisfaction upon project completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification.
• RMGA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
