Job summary

Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to guide the installation of residential HVAC systems and supervise a crew. This leadership role requires strong communication and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include coordinating jobsite logistics, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish. A valid license and clean record are required, with EPA and RMGA certifications prioritized.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

You will:

Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
