Job summary

Jetson is seeking an extremely motivated HVAC installer to lead an install crew in Denver, replacing gas furnaces with heat pump systems and collaborating with engineering teams to refine products and processes. You will remove old equipment, install heat pump systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with blueprints and codes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an install team member and team lead.
• HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
• BPI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communications and customer service skills.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO standard.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing HVAC equipment.
• Install new heat pump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (filters, cleaning).
• Test heat pump systems for proper functionality.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during installs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures.
