Job summary

Jetson is seeking an HVAC installer to lead an install crew in Denver, removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and streamline install processes, while ensuring high-quality safety and service standards for customers.

The role requires proven lead experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong reading of blueprints. Relocation to Denver is provided with comprehensive benefits and full-time, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Proven install team lead experience.
• NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
• BPI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with Denver building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing HVAC equipment.
• Install new heat pump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance including filters.
• Test heat pump systems for proper function.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on product/process.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
• Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures.
