Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman / Field Foreman to join our Wisconsin team. This hands-on leader will independently complete small HVAC installations and guide crews on larger light commercial projects.

You will read blueprints, manage schedules, ensure quality, and mentor apprentices while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level HVAC experience.
• Previous experience as a Field Foreman, Lead Installer, or Crew Leader.
• Strong background in light commercial HVAC installations.
• Service experience with diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, ductwork, and HVAC controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
