Job summary

Bob Boldt HVAC is seeking a Lead Installer to manage demanding HVAC projects from start to finish, with the expertise to supervise and mentor junior crew members. The role covers split and package unit work, zone systems, ducts, humidifiers, and plumbing tasks such as tankless water heaters and boilers.

You will diagnose refrigerant and electrical issues on-site, plan and measure jobs, and design full home retrofits.

Qualifications

• Lead Installer role requiring field experience and ability to lead jobs from start to finish.
• Handle complex HVAC installations and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and technicians on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit changeouts, zone system installations, duct work, humidifier installs.
• Diagnose refrigerant/electrical issues on-site and plan retrofit designs.
• Braze/solder with precision and maintain organized work vehicle.
