Qualifications

• HVAC installation and startup expertise.
• Ability to lead installations and mentor junior technicians.
• Strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field.
• Coach and develop installers on proper procedures.
• Complete at least 80% of jobs without missing materials.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan documentation and on-site payment collection.
• Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring.
• Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles.
• Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently.
• Install line sets and line hide with showroom-quality results.
