Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
- Experience installing boilers and hydronic heating systems.
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment and controls.
- Experience leading installation projects and guiding helpers or apprentices.
- Ability to read installation plans and troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, replacement, and commissioning of residential HVAC systems including boilers and hydronic components.
- Oversee projects from start to finish with safety and quality.
- Read and interpret installation plans and equipment specs.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Mentor installation helpers and ensure safe practices.
