Job summary

Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) in Gypsum, CO seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician with boiler expertise to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including hydronic boilers.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and service boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related controls while delivering safe, quality workmanship. EPA/NATE certifications are valued, and relocation or sign-on bonuses are possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boilers and hydronic heating systems.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
• Valid driver's license and EPA certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Service and troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, including piping, pumps, valves, controls, and related components.
• Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and equipment performance evaluations.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair solutions to homeowners.
• Explain service findings, repair options, and system recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, document findings, and communicate job details effectively.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.
