You will work with a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, clean and professional installations, and on-time project completion. The ideal candidate holds a Colorado plumbing license, has 2+ years of residential installation experience, and can read plans, interpret specs, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado plumbing license required for the role.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish.
• Perform and oversee installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment.
• Mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Ensure work meets plumbing codes, manufacturer specs, and PSI standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make field decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and leadership throughout projects.
