Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installations or working independently.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand ductwork layout.
• Experience with gas piping, system startups, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work from ladders and lifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional attitude, pride in workmanship, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing skills.

Comfort Flow Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC installer who wants to take the next step in their career. This is a hands‑on lead installer / field supervisor position for someone who can work independently, lead installations, solve problems, and help us grow our Bend‑area operation.
