Qualifications

• 4 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience (Required).
• EPA Certification and HVAC degree or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism.
• Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Pre-measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs.
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance.
• Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience.
• Represent Legacy Heating and Air with pride and craftsmanship.
