We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer for full-time work. The role focuses on retrofit replacements, working in crews to replace furnaces and air conditioners, and performing safety tests including CO and gas leak checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system (CO and gas leaks).
• Maintain truck inventory and assist with basic repairs as needed.
• Collect payments and provide accurate information about each home and situation.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status after service is performed.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/year

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

The primary duties of an Lead HVAC Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
