Job summary

Woods Comfort Systems seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer in San Marcos, TX to oversee installs from start to finish. You will install HVAC systems, mentor junior installers, ensure safety and code compliance, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, 2–3 years of install experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Required).

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
