Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to perform retrofit replacements and to lead installation crews through complex HVAC projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service throughout the job.

Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
