CarolinaComfortHeating&Air in North Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a full-time HVAC Install Lead with 4+ years of successful experience to service North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of previous HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong customer service and interaction skills on jobsites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Previous experience in supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• May cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s).
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installer's.
