Job summary

ALL WAYS Heating & Air in Weaverville, NC, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our residential and commercial service team. This full-time, in-person role offers TOP PAY based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on every project. Valid driver's license and strong problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for installations and repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues.
• Knowledge of boiler systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Valid driver's license for van driving purposes.

Responsibilities
