Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems (ductwork, equipment, controls, etc.)
• Take on commercial installation projects as opportunities arise
• Ensure all work is completed to code and Aptus standards
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Collaborate with project managers while mentoring helpers or junior installers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required (lead or crew leader experience preferred)
• Proven ability to work independently and guide a team
• Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Certification (preferred; NATE certification a bonus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
