Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join a team that values people and performance. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment, recommend customer-focused solutions, and maintain fleet and tools while delivering outstanding service on every call.

We offer a strong compensation package with $25-$30/hour base plus commissions, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on the company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
