Job summary

Integrity Heating & Air is seeking a skilled HVAC installer to lead residential installations in Delaware. You’ll work with a team to install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, upholding company and code standards while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven experience leading complete HVAC installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to start at 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays available).
• Ability to perform physical work in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring all standards.
• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Mentor and support install team members, setting quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve installation or startup issues to ensure proper operation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site following safety protocols.
