Jordan Air & Plumbing is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Installation department and other teams to provide timely and accurate installation following company standards and procedures, while delivering excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively solve problems
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and information flow
• Request necessary parts & equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded correctly for each installation
• Document work performed according to company procedures
• Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices
• Keep personal tools and equipment in good condition
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance
• Drive and maintain the company vehicle properly
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Essential Skills and Experience

• Must be 21 or older
• At least 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Strong customer service and mechanical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Knowledge of safe tool use and maintenance
