Qualifications

• 2+ years leading residential HVAC installations.
• Experience working in attics and tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license without major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations in residential areas.
• Coach and train apprentices.
• Perform brazing, high voltage hookups, and wiring tasks.

What you need:

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• A comfort level working in attics and tight spaces
• EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
