Lead Installer (RNC) - HVAC

Minimum 5 years of ductwork experience required.

We are seeking an experienced duct installer to install ductwork in residential new construction homes for a fast-growing HVAC company. Join one of our many ACS branches and be part of a dynamic team!

Pay Range: Piece pay by job – very competitive! Annual earnings typically range from $55,000 to $65,000, with potential for more based on your workload. You control your earnings by choosing how many jobs to complete.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good 3-year driving record
• At least 5 years of duct experience
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Responsible for installing products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform installation of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, and air quality systems

Qualifications:

• Proficient with hand tools for equipment installation
• Skilled with power tools
• Ability to work with builders and superintendents, following directions from the RNC foreman
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory
• Complete work documentation and maintain job files
• Stay current with manufacturer’s products regarding installation and operation
• Take accountability for installations and perform quality control repairs as needed
