Job summary

Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Des Moines is seeking an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish. You’ll ensure systems meet company standards, connect components, supervise job sites, and deliver excellent customer service while managing tools, inventory, and safety.

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to completion.
• Ensure all systems are installed to company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Properly connect HVAC components including electrical, gas, refrigerant lines, and venting systems.
• Oversee jobsite quality, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address homeowner questions during installations.
• Maintain responsibility for company vehicle, tools, parts, and inventory.
• Document job details and completion reports; follow local codes and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team and lead installation efforts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job.

We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example in the field, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Piece-Rate Pay | High Earning Potential | Additional Incentives

Our Lead Installers are paid on a piece-rate structure, with additional opportunities to earn through production incentives, weekend work, and accessory installations. Certain larger projects may also include hourly pay for qualifying work.

The more quality work you complete, the more you can earn — with strong earning potential for productive installers.

What You’ll Do
