What You’ll Do:

1. Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
2. Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
3. Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
4. Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
5. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.

What you need to succeed:

1. 3-5 Years Residential HVAC installation experience
2. Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow
3. EPA Universal Certification Preferred
4. Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR
5. High standards for your work. Excellence & integrity matter to you

7. The ability to hustle & thrive under pressure
8. You are able to be a true team player with a positive attitude at all times
9. You are dependable and consistent in all areas

Physical Requirements:

1. Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
2. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders
3. Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold
4. Ability to hear and speak to exchange information
