Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is scouting a full-time Skilled Lead HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to be professional as they travel to each Decatur, GA client's home to accurately complete quality HVAC installations. This position earns a flat rate or hourly wage with a base pay plus commission structure. We appreciate and support great tradespeople! QUALIFICATIONS OF A SKILLED LEAD HVAC INSTALLER / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Lead Installer
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evening and weekend hours
4. Residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
5. Experience with boilers, radiant floor heating systems, ductless, and high-velocity systems

We'd prefer NATE and NCI certifications but many things will be considered! Do you want to love coming to work? SCHEDULE
