Job Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork, attic and vertical splits, rooftop units
• Maintain company vehicle and tools
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, ensure customer communication
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency
• Engage with homeowners for assessments and potential sales
• Manage customer invoices and payments
• Participate in training on customer service and industry tech
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in refrigeration and HVAC component replacement
• Universal EPA Certification
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic hand tools and testing equipment
• Knowledge of city codes
• Ability to work independently and safely in various environments
