Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Ft. Wayne, IN is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to be in charge of the job site which includes training an assistant installer, handling any questions or concerns a customer may have, and overlooking the job to ensure the equipment functions properly.

This vital position works Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm or when the job is finished and earns industry-leading pay + spiffs and commissions, around $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. 1. Able to cut and bend metal for custom transitions and ductwork modifications
2. Physically able to lift and place residential HVAC equipment
3. Can focus on keeping a safe work environment
4. Able to charge and handle refrigerant per the Clean Air Act
